1. Delivery areas
Phoenix Georgia delivers to:
- Tbilisi: all districts, on working days 09:00–19:00.
- Other cities: Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, Gori, Zugdidi and others.
- Regions: all municipalities; times may vary.
2. Delivery times
- Tbilisi: 1–2 working days from order confirmation.
- Kutaisi, Batumi: 2–3 working days.
- Other cities: 3–5 working days.
- Special orders: 7–21 working days (agreed individually).
Times may differ for large or heavy products such as slabs and stone.
3. Delivery charges
- Tbilisi (orders under 200 GEL): 15 GEL
- Tbilisi (orders over 200 GEL): free
- Kutaisi, Batumi: 25–35 GEL
- Other cities: quoted individually
- Special freight: an operator will contact you
4. Delivery process
Once your order is confirmed:
- You receive an SMS/email confirmation with your order number
- Our courier calls you before delivery
- Check the product on delivery and refuse it if damaged
- Sign the delivery note
5. Large freight
For large or heavy loads (slabs, natural stone, epoxy systems):
- A specialised truck is used
- Delivery is to the building entrance
- Carrying to an upper floor costs extra
- Cranes or special equipment are arranged individually
6. Late delivery
If your order does not arrive on time, please contact us. We will look into it and resolve the problem quickly.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes or other unavoidable events), Phoenix Georgia's liability is limited.
